The standard trial for Rally is 14 days. During this time, you'll have access to the Super plan, which is designed for teams to work on product updates together.

There are a few small differences between the trial experience and a full subscription:

Super Plan (Trial)

Super Plan (Active Subscription)

Video Quality

1080p

4K

Max Stories

50

Unlimited

Paid plans can also choose to hide the watermark which appears on embedded players and story pages. Manage branding options via Settings.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you are not ready to subscribe after your trial, your workspace will automatically downgrade to a free plan for evaluation. No data is lost, but there are some additional limitations:

  • Limit of 10 active stories at once. An active story is published and visible for playback.

  • Limit of 6 minutes for any newly created story (No Extended Stories)

    • This includes publishing edits to stories created during the trial, unless they are reduced to be within the time limit.

  • Stories expire and become inactive after 30 days from last publish. Continuing to update a story will keep it active.

  • Reduced video quality of 720p for playback and exports

These limitations are removed if you activate a subscription later, including for stories created during the trial. The free plan is designed for 1-2 people to share short content with a small group of teammates, and does not include most customer-facing tools.

What happens if I need more time to evaluate?

The free plan is a useful place to continue evaluation after the trial is over, at a smaller scale. If you need additional help, reach out via [email protected] or live chat for more.
