Managing your user profile

Updating your email address, connected accounts, and avatar

When logged into Rally, you can access your user profile in the bottom left corner, via Account Settings.

Account Settings

From this view, you can update basic information about your individual profile, including email addresses associated with your account and login methods. Your user profile is separate from your company's Workspace profile.

Profile Details

Account Settings > Profile will display emails you've connected to your profile, and the current avatar image.

We recommend having a profile picture of your face that your teammates can easily recognize. Your avatar will appear in the app to identify stories you publish, and in places like analytics.

If you've signed in with a connected account (Google), we will automatically import the profile image from there.

Security

If you have a password set, you can update it via Account Settings > Security. You can also manage connected single sign-on providers like signing in with a Google account, or set up authentication via a passkey.

You can also review recent logins and devices accessing your user account.

Looking for Workspace settings instead? In the top left corner, select Manage from the workspace dropdown.
