You can customize the layout of each card in your story to better frame your content. When editing a story, the control bar will display available customizations. These changes will also change how the published video appears.

You will also find these options in the sidebar's Card panel.

Here's an example of what you can do with combined layout options:

From the top of the sidebar, let's walk through each of the three panels and their options:

Card

The card panel contains options which control the overall layout and theming of the card, such as background image and arrangement of narrator and content layers.

Card Layout

Some layouts have additional options once selected. Corner Layout is the default and most flexible. You can make layout adjustments to existing recordings, and change them at any time after recording.

Narration

The narration panel controls how the narrator track appears.

Camera Position

Choose where on screen the floating narrator bubble should appear.

Mirror Narration

When enabled, the video will appear flipped.

Shadow

Adds a drop shadow to the narrator bubble. Depending on what you're presenting, this can add contrast to visually separate narration and content layers.

Camera Shape

Change the shape of the narrator bubble. Choose from Portrait Rectangle, Landscape Rectangle, or Circle.

Camera Size

Change the size of the narrator bubble.

Framing

You can change the framing of your narrator using the focus and zoom controls. Drag the dot and the preview will update automatically. This is useful when using narrower camera shapes, where your face may appear out of frame initially.

Content

The content panel controls the presentation, which can be either a video, image, or slides imported from a PDF presentation.

Framing

You can change the framing of your media using the focus and zoom controls. Drag the dot and the preview will update automatically. Increase the zoom level to bring attention to a specific part of your content.
