How to work with customers in Rally

Customer accounts in Rally make it easy to collaborate on deals with your buyers directly, while giving you insights into how they engage with your materials.

Accounts work just like you'd expect, with the typical CRM fields including account ownership and activity tracking across shared spaces. Find your owned accounts via Accounts in the sidebar.

When adding a new account, we will automatically fill out missing details for you via AI-powered enrichment.

CRM integrations are in development. If you need help bulk importing accounts from places like Salesforce or Hubspot in the meantime, support can can assist.
